Overview: Come join our growing practice! The Dentists in Lawrence is expanding! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. As a crucial member of our team, you will assist our dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, help patients feel comfortable and informed, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Take digital, dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Perform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
• Scanning and designing same day crowns with Cerec software
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental assistant or similar role preferred, not required but we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
