Full job description:

Regional Dental Administrator – Remote Operations & Performance Partner

If you've spent years in dental operations and have a passion for identifying opportunities, improving performance, and helping teams reach their potential, this could be the perfect next step.

We are a growing, doctor-led dental partnership supporting affiliated practices and de novo start-ups. This newly created role will work directly with the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer to monitor practice performance, uncover trends, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations.

We are looking for a highly analytical operations professional who enjoys digging into data, auditing systems, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with leadership to create strategies that improve patient experiences, team performance, and overall practice growth.

The Regional Dental Administrator serves as the eyes and ears of the Operations Team, helping ensure every practice is operating efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Operational Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct regular account & chart audits and clinical documentation reviews
  • Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and compliance concerns
  • Monitor adherence to company systems and optimized workflows

Performance Analytics & KPI Management

  • Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics
  • Review practice performance trends across multiple locations
  • Monitor provider, hygiene, scheduling, treatment acceptance, collections, and patient retention metrics
  • Develop actionable reports and scorecards for leadership

Schedule Optimization

  • Analyze provider and hygiene schedules for efficiency and productivity
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and maximize capacity

Strategic Operations Support

  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across multiple practices
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Operations Team
  • Help develop action plans designed to improve performance and accountability
  • Support regional leaders and practice teams through operational coaching and follow-up
  • Collaborate on special projects, practice launches, and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

You enjoy finding answers in the data, uncovering trends others miss, and helping teams improve without micromanaging them. You understand that strong systems create strong results and are energized by the opportunity to influence multiple practices from a strategic operational perspective.

  • 5+ years of dental operations, office management, regional management, or multi-site leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of dental KPIs and practice performance metrics
  • Experience auditing charts, schedules, and operational workflows
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar PMS platforms

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Opportunity to influence performance across multiple growing practices
  • Fully remote & full time position (Monday - Friday)
  • Competitive compensation and performance incentives
  • Paid holidays, PTO, and professional development opportunities
  • Meaningful impact on patient experience, team development, and practice growth

If you're passionate about dental operations, performance improvement, and helping practices achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
