Associate Dentist – Private Practice

Marshalltown, IA | Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)

We’re a privately owned, well-established dental practice in Marshalltown looking to add an Associate Dentist to our team.

This is a solid, long-term opportunity for someone who wants a full schedule, autonomy in how they practice, and a work environment that’s calm, organized, and supportive—without corporate pressure.

The Practice

• Private practice with a loyal patient base
• Consistent, full schedule with strong local referrals
• Collaborative team and straightforward systems
• Partnership/buy-in potential for the right long-term fit
• Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

• 32–35% of collections
