Dental Assistant – Meriden, CT

Our well-established private dental practice in Meriden, CT is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. We’ve proudly served our community for over 30 years and take pride in providing exceptional care in a positive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone with pediatric experience who enjoys working with children and helping create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.

Schedule
Part-time
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help create a positive experience, especially for pediatric patients
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures
• Set up and organize instruments, materials, and equipment
• Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
• Assist the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Requirements

• Pediatric dental assisting experience is required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Organized, dependable, and professional

Pay & Compensation
$23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
