- Experienced Dental Assistant or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with 1+ years \xa0of experience in assisting in 4-handed dentistry as a chairside assistant. - Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental \xa0terminology with patients. \xa0
- Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training \xa0you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service! \xa0
- Experience with digital x-rays & Dentrix Ascend Software (a plus!) Key Responsibilities:\xa0
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including root canals, oral\xa0 surgery and sedation dentistry\xa0
• Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. • Take and process dental X-rays.\xa0
• Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient care.\xa0
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions. • Manage sterilization and infection control protocols.\xa0
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.\xa0
• Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.\xa0
