Dental Assistant – Part-Time | Private Practice

We are a small, one-dentist private practice with a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere both professionally and personally. We are seeking a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team part-time and help provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while delivering quality dental care.

Schedule

• Part-Time, 2 days per week
• 8 Hour Shifts
• Paid One-Hour Lunch

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
• Provide postoperative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth daily office operations

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience or completion of a dental assisting program required
• Knowledge of Eagle soft or similar dental software preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
