Dental Assistant – Cordova, TN

We’re a friendly, growing private dental practice in Cordova, TN, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys patient care, teamwork, and being part of a practice where people truly enjoy coming to work.

If you’re organized, dependable, and take pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting the doctor during general and periodontal procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
• Taking and processing dental radiographs
• Supporting infection control and sterilization protocols
• Educating patients and helping them feel at ease
• Charting accurately and assisting with clinical documentation
• Working closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly

Requirements (Tennessee)

• Dental Assistant experience preferred
• Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or eligible to register
• X-ray certification per Tennessee Board of Dentistry requirements
• CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• Nitrous monitoring certification a plus (if applicable), but not required
