Office Manager – Dental Practice

Our growing private dental practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team full-time. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has extensive experience managing a large dental team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, confident in dental operations, and enjoys leading a collaborative and energetic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a busy dental practice
• Manage and support a large, dynamic team
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor office production and support practice goals
• Maintain strong patient experience and handle concerns when needed
• Ensure smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams
• Oversee insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and administrative processes
• Maintain organization, structure, and accountability within the office

Requirements

• Previous dental office management experience required
• Strong experience with Dentrix is required
• Experience managing a large or high-volume team preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude

Pay & Compensation

• $32–$35 per hour
