We are patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral health care in a warm and welcoming environment. We’re growing and looking for an experienced, organized, and personable Dental Office Manager to lead our front-office team and keep operations running smoothly. About the RoleAs our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the practice — overseeing daily operations, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding service from the moment they walk in. Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification
• Lead, train, and supervise administrative and support staff
• Handle accounts receivable, billing, collections, and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental office regulations
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Resolve patient concerns and build strong patient relationships
• Collaborate with the dentist/owner on practice goals and growth strategies
• Manage marketing efforts, recalls, and patient retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of dental office management or senior administrative experience in a dental practice
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance (Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, etc.)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude

Compensation:

• $24-$30/hour
