The Opportunity:
Are you the best at what you do? Our premier Sarasota-based restorative practice is seeking a high-performance Case Presenter / Treatment Coordinator to lead our Full-Arch division. We specialize in life-changing All-on-X and complex restorative dentistry. We provide the world-class clinical results; we need you to provide the world-class "Yes." 

What You’ll Do:

• Close Life-Changing Cases: Lead consultations for All-on-X, full-mouth reconstructions, and implant-supported bridges.
• Navigate Complex Finances: Confidently present $30k–$60k+ treatment plans and facilitate third-party financing to make care accessible.
• Clinical Communication: Explain the "Full Arch" protocol and benefits to prospective patients in an easy-to-understand way.
• Sarasota Market Mastery: Engage with our local patient base, managing leads from initial inquiry through the 4–6 month surgical journey.

Who You Are:

• Proven Closer: Minimum 2 years of high-ticket sales experience (Dental, Medical, or Luxury sectors).
• Empathetic Expert: You understand that a full-arch transformation is an emotional journey, not just a transaction.
• Local Specialist: Familiarity with the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch demographic is a plus.
