Beecher Crossing Dental is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our growing team. This role combines leadership, patient care, and business management to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Consulting

• Welcome and guide patients through their visit with a focus on comfort and care
• Review treatment plans and assist patients with financial options and payment solutions

Office Administration

• Manage daily scheduling, patient flow, and front office operations
• Verify insurance, process payments, and oversee collections
• Lead daily team huddles to keep operations aligned and efficient

Team Leadership

• Support hiring, training, and development of front office staff
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Practice Performance

• Monitor office performance, productivity, and growth goals
• Support initiatives to improve patient retention and overall profitability

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education or dental/healthcare management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in dental or healthcare settings is highly preferred
