Front Office Coordinator – San Antonio, TX
Full Time | $19–25/hour | Private Restorative Dentistry Office

Our small dental office is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are committed to providing excellent service, comfortable care, and exceptional dentistry. Our team is supportive, welcoming, and enjoys a balance of hard work and fun.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming environment
• Coordinate dental insurance benefits, including handling EOBs, pre-determinations, appeals, and managing account receivables
• Maintain scheduling and patient records using Dentrix Ascend (preferred)
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to both patients and team members

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a dental office
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes
• Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• $19–25 per hour, based on experience
• San Antonio, TX location
