Scheduling / Treatment Coordinator – Ave Maria, FL

Join Ave Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Ave Maria, FL! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator to help our families and keep our office running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new pediatric dental office and grow with our team.

Schedule: Full Time

• 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with a warm and professional attitude
• Verify dental insurance and assist with insurance questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff

Requirements:

• Dental office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and enjoys staying busy
• Friendly, caring, and detail-oriented
• Loves working with children

Pay & Compensation:

• $20+ per hour, DOE
