Full job description:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team at Worcester Dental Arts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventive care, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing as appropriate
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications:

• Active state Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care
