Treatment Plan Coordinator – Washington, DC & Arlington, VA
SmartDent

SmartDent is seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support two practice locations in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients.

Practice Locations

• 901 N Stuart St., Unit 101, Arlington, VA 22203
• 2021 K St NW #103, Washington, DC 20006

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Review financial arrangements and insurance information
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up
• Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to support case acceptance
• Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience
• Experience presenting treatment plans is required
• Proficiency with Dentrix is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work between both office locations
